Chat Boosts & Emoji Status

getUserChatBoosts

Lists the boosts a user has applied to a chat.

setUserEmojiStatus

Changes a user’s emoji status on the bot’s behalf (requires prior user consent via a Mini App).

verifyUser

Future<bool> verifyUser(int userId, {String? customDescription}) async =>

Verifies [userId] on behalf of the organization that owns the bot, showing a verification badge on their profile.

Only bots with explicit Telegram approval for third-party verification can use this method — see https://telegram.org/verify to apply. Call this again with a new [customDescription] to update it; there's no separate "update" method. Use [removeUserVerification] to remove the badge.

verifyChat

Future<bool> verifyChat(Object chatId, {String? customDescription}) async =>

Verifies [chatId] (a group, supergroup, or channel — not a direct messages chat) on behalf of the organization that owns the bot. See [verifyUser] for details on the approval this requires.

removeUserVerification

Future<bool> removeUserVerification(int userId) async =>

Removes a third-party verification badge previously granted to [userId] via [verifyUser].
